3 out of 5 eggsUncomfortable

Pros: It didn't fall apart right away

Cons: The plastic frame is uncomfortable! Doesn't that defeat the purpose?

Other Thoughts: They got these at work a long time ago... I hate them. I would have given 1 egg but that didn't seem fair because it probably isn't worse than most wrist rests out there, and it does elevate your wrist to some degree, which helps with carpal tunnel syndrome.

My problem with them is the plastic frame that the pad is glued into. It digs into my arm just below my wrist, and into my wrist when my hand is at rest. The pad is too thin or the frame comes up too high, or something, so that it doesn't lift your arm up off the frame.

Also -- though this is minor -- it fell off the desk one day and the gel pad thing was knocked out part way. The whole thing came out later. Not horrible, you just stick it back in. (Once you clean out all the crud that collected over time in the crevice between the frame and the pad... ewwww....)

3 out of 5 eggsjust ok

Pros: built in gel wrist pad, mouse pad itself sits on a firm plastic surface

Cons: small trackable space for your mouse movement; bottom rubber feet attracts dust and can result in the whole pad sliding around desk

Other Thoughts: I used one at work--it does it's job, not fancy or flashy.
