Pros: The gel material is very firm, so it keeps your wrists up where they're meant to be instead of sinking down into the gel. This is a plus as you don't have to worry about your wrists re-distributing the gel to different areas, and you don't have to move it side to side to find a place where the gel isn't sunk down. The fabric on the outside of the gel is also very comfortable and doesn't really bother your hands after hours of use. Big enough to accommodate larger hands/wrists, as well as wide enough to cover an array of keyboard sizes. But not obnoxiously big.
Cons: The backing really isn't quite adequate enough to keep the pad from moving around. I've found myself repositioning the wrist pad quite often. Nothing a little 25 cent Velcro adhesive wouldn't fix. The gel inside the pad is considerably more firm compared to other wrist rests. It's almost too firm, but some people may like that more than myself.
Other Thoughts: It works good for what it's meant to do. It's not exactly the softest gel pad around, but it works nonetheless.
