Pros: I've had it for 3 years and it's still functional, with no breaks or tears. The ergonomic shape makes it flexible in terms of which part of your arm you can use it on. I've tried rotating use between my wrist, forearm and near the elbow with mixed results (none of which were very comfortable).

Cons: I found this product to have very little comfort. It's very stiff, with very little give. This product provides little relief from wrist pain when using the computer for extended periods of time (longer than one hour).

Other Thoughts: If you're looking for a product that will provide comfort and relief from wrist pain, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Like most products, I decided to wait until it was "broken in" before making my final judgement. After three years of medium to heavy use, my distaste remains the same. Look elsewhere for comfortable wrist support.

Other Thoughts: It feels as though it could bust at any minute, with the fabric being so thin. However, I have had this thing for over 2 years now, and it still does exactly what I need. I've used it directly at my wrist, and also down around my elbow, depending on the desk I was using. I would have never thought to buy a "wrist pad." But after years of computer use, I began to get wrist pain after about 39 minutes of use. Great product, have not had issues with wrist pain ever since.

p.s. Cut the tag off, it was annoying.

Pros: not really any

Cons: Its not comfortable at all. In fact, it hurts quite badly. I got a wrist rest because my hand would hit the desk in such a way, while using my trackball, that after long studio sessions, my hand would have a red mark where all the pressure was.

Now my wrist hurts instead but I feel like its more dangerous now because all the pressure goes directly across all the veins going to my hand.

At first I thought, "its probably just stiff, It'll loosen up after some use." No. It didn't. I've had it for about a month and a half and its terrible. Don't buy it
