Long winding wires often end up in tangles and add a risk factor in the heat of gameplay. Razer addressed this problem with the Razer Armadillo, the world’s first intelligent cable management system. Striving for perfection, engineers at Razer re-engineered the product to further improve the original design. The Razer Armadillo² is now lighter in weight with a unique intelligent design which allows you to insert and remove the cable within seconds. Now you can enjoy the freedom of wireless play on your wired mouse.

  • newegg Tangle-free Wired Play Angled cord grip elevates the mouse wire off the desktop to prevent unexpected tangling in the heat of gameplay, thereby giving you more freedom on your wired mouse.
  • newegg One-Click Mechanical Design Intelligent design allows fast setup and removal of the mouse cord with the mechanical one-click step system.
  • newegg Non Slip Rubber Bottom Textured natural rubber on the bottom surface ensures a secure grip on any desktop surface.

5 out of 5 eggsI can't believe I'm giving this a 5.

Pros: It actually does have a purpose.
It holds my mouse wire to the perfect length.
My old desk / mouse were actually worn out from the cord dragging on the surface of the desk. My old Razer Lachesis had it's braided cord worn flat and my desk was worn away. This prevents the friction and keeps the cord just right so movement is easy.

Cons: If I were more mechanically inclined I could probably build something similar for less.

Other Thoughts: I was on the fence on picking up such a product. On first glance (and maybe second) it looks pretty silly.

After using it, I'm glad I picked it up. If you're like me and were always tugging and giving yourself slack on your mouse wire or feeling it "pull" back towards your pc at times (cable management error perhaps) this could do the trick.

5 out of 5 eggsCable Woes Begone

Pros: I don't have to wrap my bloody mouse cable around my monitor anymore. Over time doing that caused the cording on my mice to fray since the back edges of the monitor stands are kinda sharp.

Cons: It doesn't sing and dance?

Other Thoughts: Buy one you won't regret it.

4 out of 5 eggsLoks Nice - Works Great

Pros: It's neat, it's good looking, and it does a reliable job of keeping my mouse cable from interfering with the smooth motion of my mouse.

Cons: Not made for thicker mouse cables.

Other Thoughts: Not just for Razer Mice - the Armadillo 2 works great with my Tt eSPORTS Level 10 Mouse which has a fairly rigid cable with a braided nylon cover.

5 out of 5 eggsForm and Function

Pros: If you want a device that lifts the mouse cord just enough off the ground to alleviate any tension on the cord, this is it! This little gem will significantly improve the glide of the mouse on the mouse pad as there will be no cord tension which also results in better accuracy and minimize lifting of the mouse.

Cons: Has no manual, so you may be inclined to wrap your mouse cord around it when in fact you push down on the center and slide the cord into it from one side; adjust as necessary. Also, not a con, but a lot of people bash this device as too expensive and unnecessary, but I can immediately tell how much better my mouse performs with it over using tape or plastic cable ties/clips, etc.

Other Thoughts: To me this is not a cable management system, this is a device designed to improve your mouse accuracy by lifting the cord off the matt, taking away the tension on the mouse, thereby letting the mouse glide on the matt effortlessly, which means you don't have to adjust and realign your mouse nearly as often. This keeps the mouse on the matt with zero extra effort. This is a really great device, just don't buy it thinking that it is made for managing your cables. If you want that, get plastic cable clips, sleeves, etc.

Pros: Makes a good center point for mouse cord, less drag on mouse when playing games like FPS, MMO's. I am in love with this thing.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks very well!

Pros: Looks great, low profile design should work for everyone, very solid construction.

Cons: Price

Other Thoughts: This replaced my 7 year old mouse bungee which never work well with the Logitech mouse cords. Lower profile than the bungee and works much better. The price is absurd for something like this but it's the best mouse cable management solution on the market.

4 out of 5 eggsSolid Product

Pros: This product is very easy to use. All you have to do is push down on the top (holding the top down holds the cable slot "open") and then slide the cord in. Getting the lengh of cable you want takes a little bit of time, but you just hold the top down and slide the cable one way or the other.

Cons: I have some reservations about the slight pinching this places on the cable in order to hold it down, but it hasn't seemed to cause any problems in the 2-3 years I've had it.

Other Thoughts: Depending on the bend of your mouse cable (remember that mice cables tend to come folded up), you may want to rotate this bungee until you get the most comfortable fit. You want enough slack to reach to the farthest corner of your mousepad, but not much more.

Would recommend.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Works as intended and is nice and heavy.

Cons: If the wire of your mouse is a bit thick, you really have to force it in which can damage the wire. Once I get a mouse from Razer it will probably be the perfect size.

Other Thoughts: $15 is a lot, but I guess you're paying for the brand name..
