2 out of 5 eggsRazer IRONCLAD

Pros: Smooth and quite large. Stays in place when you want it to.

Cons: The finish on mine started wearing off within the first month or 2. It's still smooth, but just has black specs all over it. Also if it's white, it obviously gets dirty REALLY fast. But on a side note, it collects dust, hair, and/or skin cells quite quickly and it becomes frustrating trying to slide the mouse over top of that.

Other Thoughts: All in all over the years, I've come to form the opinion that Razer products suck, and I won't be their customer any longer.

5 out of 5 eggsLove It!

Pros: Super smooth. Also is very easy to clean with some dish washing soap. Large and doesn't move anywhere ever!! Also resistant to scratching. Tracking is great on it.

Cons: Any little dirt particle will cause the mouse to "drag". Very annoying! Trying to get that little dirt particle off the pad/ mouse. Also the lift off distance. The thing is a little too good and is hard to set the lift off distance correctly. It will not work with Roccat mice as they are extremely touchy with lift off. It even has problems with the Razer DA 2013 as you have to set the lift off extremely low. Also being metal does seem to wear out the feet quicker.

Other Thoughts: I loved it but sadly had to move on as it would not work with Roccat mice. I love my Roccat kone and it refused to work with this pad D=.

5 out of 5 eggsBad to the Bone.

Pros: Nice rubber cell patterned bottom, spacious top that feels so very nice. The coolest packaging you'll ever see.

Cons: All the weight for this comes with the packaging, case it comes in looks like a laptop and weighs almost as much as one. Not exactly a con, but pointless..

5 out of 5 eggsClass/Solid

Pros: This is a sweet solid pad, I have not had any problems with
"coating" coming off! 4 months of heavy gaming and every day use, If you can't afford this pad, Don't buy it , or you'll find something to complain about.

Cons: NONE!

Other Thoughts: Looks really nice with my Corsair k90 and M60.

2 out of 5 eggscoating coming off

Pros: Worked really well on my mouse and very tough and sturdy which makes it a really good mousepad except the coating...

Cons: Coating came off the first 4 months of playing on it. Started rotating the mousepad so that I am still able to use it cause it works great until This started happening. When I have rotated it it starts pealing there too. Don't listen to other people saying they are not having problems with it cause I'm pretty sure by now they are.

Other Thoughts: Not worth the money just cause of the coating coming off. If you want me to show a picture of it I can. Razor definitely needs to fix this cause the price is way too high for this kind of a problem. Didn't last me more than 4 months. My brother has a 15 dollar mousepad that lasted longer than this one getting ruined and rotated to still use and then it being ruined.

1 out of 5 eggsAVOID!

Pros: Looks elegant and nice concept. Smooth as silk when it works

Cons: Finish flaked off and now I have wasted $60. Chews up feet on my Mamba mouse. The warranty is only six months so this is now worthless

3 out of 5 eggsWas awesome... At first

Pros: Nice large mat area, Sleek design, Awesome traction for laser mice. Makes for a good gaming pad the first month or less.

Cons: The finish is cheaply made on top, anywhere from 1 week to 1 month the finishing starts to peel off. Leaving you with a rough surface, and little traction. Would not recommend this product for the high price.

Other Thoughts: Not worth it.

5 out of 5 eggsRazer Ironclad

Pros: Bottom rubber pad is very sticky and does not move, no matter what surface it is placed on. The case and packaging is exceptional (as it should be when paying this much for a mousepad). Works very well with my Razer Mamba mouse.

Cons: NONE!!!

Other Thoughts: Contrary to what many people are saying, I am having no problems with the coating coming off. I love this mousepad.

2 out of 5 eggsGreat concept, bad execution

Pros: Great presentation out of the box, stays put on the desk, good weight and feel.

Cons: Top coating rubbed off after 1 month, now it looks terrible and has some rough spots. I have to rotate it to find a smooth spot. Once I run out of smooth spots it's going in the trash. This was a waste of money, I will stick with non-metal gaming surfaces.

Other Thoughts: I don't understand the reason for the top coating, it's aluminum, why spray some cheap coating on top???

I was so excited when I first saw one of these and so disappointed after the first month. I would not recommend this to anyone.

1 out of 5 eggs" Razer Ironclad guarantees durability for intense gaming sessions over the years"

Pros: Bid, pretty, and super smooth glide (with new mouse feet).

Cons: "Razer Ironclad guarantees durability for intense gaming sessions over the years"

This statement couldn't be anymore of a lie.

The sandblasted coating wears out VERY quickly.

This thing also eats through mouse feet like no other.

You'll also feel every little tiny piece of dust get stuck under your mouse causing a nasty grating sound that makes you cringe.

Other Thoughts: I didn't buy this from newegg but luckily the seller gave me a full refund and let me keep my corroding piece of aluminum.
