Decent secondary drive
- Pros: Nice drive, matches my case perfectly. Reads CDs and DVDs decently, no real problems. Isn't that loud compared to the rest of the leaf blower on my desk. Decently fast.
- Cons: Doesn't write DVDs, isn't SATA. But hey, it's not like I expected that.
- Other Thoughts: I use this as a secondary drive to a SATA DVD writer, and it's amazing having 2 drives to install 2 things simulaneously with on my new rig.
Doesn't get much better for price
- Pros: Clean, simple DVD reader. Rips DVDs very quickly. 2MB cache.
- Cons: Little known brand name?
- Other Thoughts: For under $20 it doesn't get any better. I'll stick with Plextor for a burner, but I have never owned a better reader. It smokes my PX760A in CD and DVD reading.

- Other Thoughts: My sytem Antec 900 case, 610 W PC Power PSU, AMD 4800+, included cooling fan, XFX 1950 GT, Sata HD drive, SATA CD burner, IDE DVD rom drive, IDE ZIP drive..yes I still use one of those cause I still have many files to transfer to USB.
