Wouldn't buy it again
- Pros: Looks nice, and to be fair, if you are into expensive movies and the whole High-Def video/audio, DRM and being told what you can do with stuff you spent your money on - then I guess this would be a sweet deal. I must, however, give props to NewEgg - timely in all facets of the transaction - no bones about their service at all - it was my mistake in ever buying this thing.
- Cons: I think the whole Blu-Ray, locked down so tight you can't watch what you paid for, we are in control of what you do system is a con. Got it to run 1 time on a Vista SP1 HP Pavilion DV6000 series laptop (Maxxed ram, latest drivers for everything, so on and so forth) then it just won't play no more... No sir, I just don't like it
- Other Thoughts: I just don't like it. If you are just looking around and wondering what this Blu-Ray thing is all about - find a friend who has a real home entertainment system - you bring the beer - enjoy their system.
CHEAP BLU
- Pros: Plugged it in installed the software it plays blu rays in full glory on both displays of my dual display setup for what ya pay for it ya cant go wrong
- Cons: It didnt come with free movies like my HDDVD player did.
- Other Thoughts: I dont ever here it.
Good Product
