Pros: Copies and reads at a very fast rate. Have not had any problems with this drive in 4 years.

Cons: None thus far.

Pros: Reads CD/DVDs no problem

Cons: Constant barrage of errors anytime I try to burn anything from a CD to a DL-DVD

Pros: No coasters with Ridata DVD+R and Memorex DVD+R DL for 360 backups. Not too noisy. No hiccups.

Cons: It doesn't rub my feet for me?

Other Thoughts: I have 3 of these, the oldest one just died after 6 months. The drive is only detected part of the time and even when detected the drive will not play discs for more then a few seconds. For $20 I'm not too upset about it dieing but I'm going to try another brand for the replacement.

Pros: It isn't dead

Cons: It only burns about 1/4 of what you tell it to, then it stops.

Pros: This drive is plug-and-play in Vista and burns at the speeds advertised. It has not made a single coaster yet.

Cons: It can be very loud at times, and it doesn't seem to support spin-speed reduction. Not recommended if noise is a priority.

Pros: Works as expected. No driver needed. Just plug and play.

Pros: Great price, worked right away. Also, Newegg is doing good with minimal we site distractions while concentrating on the ordering details. Keep it up.

Cons: None, other than me, dummy, did not read it was a SATA and not IDE interface, but it worked out fine-got another cable and power cord and it worked fine. My bad. I'm a PATA guy.

Other Thoughts: The only other thought is the scary handling UPS goons throw packages around so hopefully your shipping department will start using peanuts to protect the drives in shipment.
