Pros: I was pleasantly surprised that this drive came with Nero and an SATA cable despite the fact that it is an OEM. The drive doesn't seem any louder than it's competition.

Cons: None so far

Other Thoughts: I haven't had a chance to implement LightScribe on this particular drive as yet but when I do I'll try to update this review.
