Pros: It's ok

Cons: No lightscribe support, design changes incompatible with my case.

Other Thoughts: This drive makes too many strange noises, the eject button has been moved too far to the right so I had to make extensive modifications to the bezel from my old dvd writer just to make this new one fit in my case. This drive has NO lightscribe support. Apparently the "-08" at the end of the model number of this drive means that they removed lightscribe support for some unknown reason.
