I have to actually take a very small probe and pop it open... This is the second Lite-On I've owned and both were/are trash. Other Thoughts: I bought this for a custom ITX build for a client. Doesn't look good on anyones part to have a failure like this. And I have no interest in refunds/returns/RMA, I'll just order a different brand and cut my 20$ loss. Warning: Lite-ON not even once...
