Pros: Never had a bad burn. I burn XGD3 Games with this with NO PROBLEM AT ALL. Comes straight out the box with overburn. No need for any additional software. Just select your ISO and burn away. Havn't had a bad burn at all. Burned over 70 Discs with this and never did any disc come out bad. DEFINITELY A NEED FOR ANY XGD3 BURNER OUT THERE.
Cons: Maybe a TINY bit loud while burning.
Other Thoughts: TOTALLY THE BEST DRIVE OUT THERE.

Pros: This is a replacement drive for one that came damaged. The return process was flawless and I go the replacement quickly. The drive works well. I am looking forward to several years of trouble free use.
Cons: The ImgBurn software that came with the drive was for multiple languages but nothing for English. Plenty of Russian, Bahasa and Spanish. No software instructions and it appears to be for XP not 8.1 for my current build. If not for the software issue, I would have given the drive 5 eggs.

Pros: Brand Name DVD drive and It arrived on time and the price was good.
Obtaining the RMA was painless.
Cons: The drive was encased in bubble wrap and inside a box with the motherboard, two hard drives and a processor. No damage on the box or any of the components due to shipping. When I unwrapped the DVD drive, there was damage on one corner. It could not have happened in shipping. The drive would not work. I don't understand why this was shipped as new. I have requested an RMA and will update the review when the issue is resolved.

Pros: An amazing product. This dvd drive is able to burn XBOX 360 backups flawlessly. I have used it numerous times and I have not had 1 failed burn. It requires no lite-on or burnermax flashing, just install it in your tower and start burning. Ready right out of the box.
Cons: None so far.
Other Thoughts: Absolutely worth it, especially for the price.

Pros: Very Fast & Easy Set-UP
Cons: Have not even had this product 3 months and the DVD Tray is sticking - meaning I have to get a paperclip to eject.

Pros: Includes a SATA cable (the good kind with the holding clip), and an ImgBurn/CDBurnerXP/WinXP Driver disc.
Cons: A bit loud, but I'm used to loud Optical Drives.
Other Thoughts: The optical drive was worth it. Working perfectly.
