Pros: works 1 out of 10 times

Cons: Besides the drive getting errors 99% through each burn. Lightscribe doesnt work hardly ever either.
This drive is worthless!

Other Thoughts: I purchased 2 of these at the same time because of good reviews for my new comp. I burn (try to) burn cds or dvds all the time for my photography buisness but all i do is make coasters.
Its time for a change.

Pros: Quick install and quick device. Reads all sorts of media and comes/came with the programs you need

Cons: Works 95% of the time but on occasion it will stop reading discs...not sure if this is the drive, windows or my bios fault but I just have to restart and it is back to working
