Pros: Worked great and as I expected being an LG product.

Cons: This was recieved wrapped in bubble wrap along with a second product inside the same wrap. This was not listed as an open box item so I believed it would come in its own manufacturers packaging. Good thing it worked once it was pluged in because there was also no product manual, CD, or DVD enclosed with this either. If there were cables that should have come with it they were not part of the package. This is not my first order with Newegg and I have never gotten any product from them packaged in this manner.

Other Thoughts: If items do not come in the manufacturer's packaging the buyer should know up front.

Pros: Had it in my hands very quickly (thanks NewEgg) Install was effortless, popped it in and started right up. Good Price. OEM version (no extra stuff to throw away)

Cons: Door opening is a little clunky and slow, aside from that it does what it is supposed to do.
