Cons: Product is not as indicated. The unit is said to have Lightscribe functionality, there are no USB ports or any method of connecting this unit to a pc, therefore it is impossible to use the Lightscribe function. Upon further research through the manufacturer, I discovered that they do not make a 1:3 Lightscribe duplicator so I have no idea how this product came to be. It simply sprung forth and assumed the identity of a viable product. The best part is that it still includes software which makes no sense since it cannot be connected to a computer. Do not waste your money on this product. You have been warned. In summary, if you would like to pay extra to get a unit with Lightscribe drives that serve no purpose whatsoever, go ahead and buy it. Or if you feel that they are aesthetically pleasing because of the sassy way that the logo is printed on the drive, go for it. If you want a product that actually uses the functions of its components, look elsewhere. Other Thoughts: NewEgg has fantastic customer service and they were able to correct my unfortuante situation, they are also really good at product images. Upon further inspection, I have come to realize that we received the EXACT unit that was photographed, same smudges, same tear on the disc package, same scotch tape on the box. That's right, the parts box was resealed with scotch tape. The main box itself was sealed a third time after it was clearly evident the first two layers had been cut. 4 out of 5 people found this review helpful. Did you?
