PLEXTOR all in one
- Pros: -Nice looking design
-Blue LED
-Easy to install/setup
-Works Great
-Uses Sata Cable(included)
-Included Roxio Creator 10 Software
-All in one burner (CD/DVD-R/RW/ROM) w/ fast speeds
- Cons: -A bit noisy
-Should of came with light scribe for the price you pay
- Other Thoughts: If this came with light scribe and was a bit quieter it would be a great product for the price($50).

- Pros: I bought a new computer, and this equipment came with it, but I went to burn a DVD and got right down to the end, and would not finish, "Warning, Cannot complete Transfer"
- Cons: No program loaded, and my builder did not give me a disc, as in all other purchases, there has been an activation, or some type f program that lets me use my product
- Other Thoughts: I went back to the store, and they gave me a nero program , said I needed that, I have no idea of why they did not activate it, it does play but cannot record, need the disc or something to get it to work, like with other products, you can go to the site and it will give you the patch or updates to make there equipment run properly
Plextor...NOT !
- Pros: looks nice, cool blue light...that's about it though.
- Cons: Had to return this one right away. Installed easily but as I was burning my first dvd-r I thought I was hearing strange noises off in the distance, and for the life of me I couldn't figure out what it was. The sound I heard was very similar to someone rubbing a wet finger on the rim of a delicate wine glass, the sound was coming from the dvd burner. Whining and whining.
The tray about flew out when the dvd-r completed and was so flimsy it looked as if it wouldn't last a week.
I definitely expected more out of this drive and fought demons in my head about whether to buy a Sony or this model. Should have went with my first instinct.
- Other Thoughts: Get a Sony.
