Superior protection against breakage than styrene jewel cases or paper. Transparent enough to read labels on discs without opening. Cons: Not entirely dust-proof but usually remain shut when pressed firmly. Other Thoughts: I would recommend them and will continue to use them. Did you find this review helpful? They don't crack and break like the plastic Jewel Cases. They also don't break and crack when used for mailing. I don't use the plastic Jewel Cases. Cons: After many uses (50 plus) of opening and closing, the tabs that keep the case closed get worn and don't keep the case closed. The plastic piece of the case that keeps the CD/DVD firmly attached to the case also wears out after many uses. 2 out of 2 people found this review helpful. Did you? On some cases, the nibs were so small it wouldn't fasten at all. The picture appeared to be what I had found before in other strong vinyl cases but these were not the case.
