Good printer
- Pros: Good scanning and excellent printing quality. Support from Canon is excellent.
- Cons: Printer takes awhile to warm up. Mine broke after a family member jammed it.
- Other Thoughts: I called Canon after mine broke and they are sending me a new one free and paying for shipping both ways.
this Canon AIO printer is good
- Pros: i love this Canon mp470, compared to the other ones i used"HP c4180 and epson" this one is better, the print quality is good, and it is fast to. and installation is fast, only about 5 mins total(compared to my HP c4180(15+ mins)
- Cons: cons: the 1.8 LCD screen is not big enough and the printer is a little bulky, but really that bad.
- Other Thoughts: i wish Canon can make this printer a little bit smaller and lighter, but it is a good product overall.

The paper supprt
- Pros: I already left one review, I just want to address one of the complaints others had that I found a solution for
- Cons: No cons to add
- Other Thoughts: The paper support can be pulled up higher after it is unfolded. It then supports the paper well. That is all I have.

- Cons: The USB port is a little hard to use with bigger flash drives.
Shop around
- Pros: Sturdy Constuction, Easy set-up, good for family home use, resonable price.
- Cons: No USB cable included (which was to be expected) Found it on sale for 49.99 at a "Big Box Store" 2 days after I installed it at a customer's home.
- Other Thoughts: Would have given 4 eggs if I did not find it at "Big Box Store" (of all places) on sale
