1 out of 5 eggsWorst Printer Ever.

Pros: The printing hardware.
Scanning.

Cons: Uses a TON of ink. The tiny replacement cartridges cost about 40% of the printer. That might be acceptable, but the printer heads constantly need cleaning and testing which uses more ink. After 4 cleanings, the printer still won't print decent quality.

Other Thoughts: Worst of all: If you run out of a color cartridge, it won't let you print in black/grayscale. It makes you replace the color first. It won't even let you scan until you replace the ink, EVEN THOUGH IT RECUIRES NO INK TO SCAN. Hands down the worst printer I have ever purchased.

4 out of 5 eggsSolid Printer

Pros: Prints great, scans great, copies great, jam free(mostly), and has a cool little LCD screen. I almost forgot to mention price, got it for $70.

Cons: The wireless connect was shaky at best while it was located in a different room than the router. I just used the USB and hqave it setup next to my tower.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: good, fast printing. wireless was easy to set up. works in windows 7* and mac flawlessly

Cons: *=the wired driver for windows 7 was giving me issues so i tried the wireless approach for all my systems (pc/mac)

this device is very loud when it prints!!

Other Thoughts: The UI was pretty easy to navigate. It has a VERY EASY learning curve.

1 out of 5 eggs

Pros: fast shipping, looks nice for the price.

Cons: ordered on sunday, got it Tuesday and set it up and got an error saying there was a paper jam, well I just put the ink in so I never had paper in it. Called epson and the printer is broke. They are sending a new one.

Other Thoughts: Will update when new printer has arrived.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks well

Pros: The Epson software installed smoothly on Windows 7. Works as it should. Great quality scans. Great printing. Scanning via wireless network works quickly. It hasn't dropped once. It's nice having the power cord as the only cable to worry about.

Cons: None worth mentioning.

Other Thoughts: Aside from the fact that it went on sale 2 weeks after I purchased it, I have no complaints at all.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat printer and great value

Pros: The sleek compact design, the card reader features and screen, and great print quality. The previous reviewer had complaints on the scanner software but it works flawlessly on all of my computers - 32-bit Win7, 32-bit Vista, and 64-bit Win7. Haven't tried on my kid's XP box, but I don't give them access to printing anyway. I presume it would work fine. I think the scanner software is much better with more options than my old all-in-one. Easy setup for both the printer and the wireless connections, even with security. I suppose the individual ink tanks is a pro, but I haven't had it long enough to know for sure.

Cons: Two cons - doesn't hold that much paper. ~100 sheets I believe. Would be nice if it held more, but that really isn't the point of this style unit. Second issue is the power cord location. It's directly in the middle of the back of the unit and when plugged in sticks out a couple inches more than anything else, making it tough to push the unit up against the wall. Both minor issues...

Other Thoughts: Absolutely great printer. You can't go wrong. I don't think the printer is as noisy as others have suggested. The noise that is there is related to the speed at which it loads the paper and prints. If it were quieter, people would complain it printed too slow. It certainly isn't much louder than any other printer I've owned.

4 out of 5 eggsDecent Printer, Great Price

Pros: - The design and efficiency of the layout is very pleasing.
- Wireless printing
- LCD flip-up
- Solid print quality
- Removable media slots
- Easy setup (printer portion that is)

Cons: - Horrible scanner software / would not run on my Win7 box at all.
- Loud
- Trays seem quite flimsy, just a tad of pressure and I could easily seem them snap/break off.
- Poorly thought out menu's on the LCD.

Other Thoughts: I really like this printer. It does its job nicely. The scanner software was a serious pain, conflicting with my x86 Win7 system for some odd reason. Tried dl'ing the same drivers from Epson website; still have resounding scanning issues. Other than that, I really am content for the 69.99 I paid for it.

Pros: Ok this unit sets up quick.
Very easy wireless printing and scaning.
Crisp documents and photos.
Ink is resonable priced and you can buy each color, not like HP!

Cons: A little noisey.

4 out of 5 eggsGood Printer

Pros: Fast printing. Good quality text and photo printing.

Cons: Scan is very slow in Win XP SP3. Using it with PaperPort scan software and it is somewhat faster.

Wireless works fine but the setup was troublesome. My Actiontec DSL router is set with WPA2--for some reason the printer insists that the password encrypt is TKIP when it is actually AES.
