Good Printer
- Pros: Using printer for small church office. Works great for small copy jobs. Great print quality. Replacement cartridges are inexpensive.

HP Officejet Pro L7680
- Pros: Love it. Works like a charm on every task. Somewhat slow on photos but uses the highest setting and the photos are great.
- Cons: None right now.
High Hopes
- Pros: Love the results it produces. The duplexer, the print speed, the large scan table, the fax capabilities, etc. are great.
- Cons: Battle with high CPU usage, PDF files printing backwards, digital filing, etc. Not to mention HP software.
- Other Thoughts: This would be a fantastic machine if HP would support it.
Pretty much a piece of junk
- Pros: Awesome print quality, speed
- Cons: Uses lots of ink; ink very expensive; HP software is worthless; very difficult to find printer over the network during setup; loud and clunky; did I already mention that the HP software is total garbage?
- Other Thoughts: HP's tech support is completely worthless. They're very pleasant, but they don't understand American English well enough to provide adequate help. It took me months to get the original printer replaced. Finally got someone in Canada and they were fantastic. The original printer used cyan ink like it was going out of style. The replacement is much better with ink usage, but it still uses a lot. I had to reinstall the HP software and I can't get the Solution Center to find the printer. No point in contacting tech support cuz they won't be able to help.
The problem is that there are no good MFC printers out there! In looking at the Newegg reviews, the Canon gets the highest reviews, but the majority of those reviews are from people with less than one year of experience.
Grrrrr, this is very frustrating! Why can't a company make a solid, high-quality, printer with usable software, and that doesn't bankrupt you?
