Cons: Right out of the box the fax ink cartridges did not align. After 45 mins on the phone to someone who couldn't understand english he told me the warranty was out of date and couldn't help!!! Then he wanted me to send proof of purchase. He asked if he could take remote control!! Like HELLO HP, does anyone know what they are doing???
Other Thoughts: Is there a reason we cannot have english speaking people for tech support who are familiar with their products??? I had to repeate my self over and over again to these people. No more HP junk for me..............

Pros: Cheap, once it's working it's reliable.
Cons: Scanner was nonfunctional out of the box and gave a cryptic error message when it was powered on. HP eventually swapped it after a few hours dealing with their tech support center.
Other Thoughts: This process would probably have been easier if I'd RMA'd it through Newegg instead. I wouldn't buy this model again.
