Pros: Cheap. Setup with my network was very easy and worked on both my XP and Vista desktops without an issue.

Cons: Did not come with a USB cord, thankfully I already had one from a previous printer. Instructions show having a black ink cartridge but I did not receive one.

Other Thoughts: I wish the product specifications had shown that there would not be a USB cord or black ink included.
