OKIDATA used to be known for a rock solid printer, but I gave up on them. The error I was having does not show up on OKIdata website?? Pros: small for under desk mount

Cons: I have had 2 of these, one the B4600 and the second B4600N. 1st one died after 3yrs, 2nd one died after 2yrs. OKIDATA used to be known for a rock solid printer, but I gave up on them. The error I was having does not show up on OKIdata website??

Other Thoughts: Gonna try something else from a different manufacturer.
