With its high-volume output, flexible paper handling, and swift printing speeds, the OKI Data MICROLINE 395 24-pin dot matrix printer is engineered for dedicated form printing in offices, or in places with demanding automation and utility applications such as wholesale or retail sales counters, financial departments, and manufacturing or warehouse sites. It's capable of printing up to 610 cps in High-Speed Draft mode, and 165 cps in Letter Quality Mode, for crisp, clear business correspondence. Up to 360 x360 dpi resolution with eight resident scalable barcodes and four text fonts ensures great results with excellent sharpness. For ease of operation, the MICROLINE 395 allows you to switch forms at a press of button, and tear the forms off cleanly and precisely. A serial port and a parallel port enable broad system compatibility. Best of all, the print head is rated for 200 million characters, offering you the durability and reliability needed for demanding, relentless printing tasks.
The rugged, reliable, and virtually unstoppable MICROLINE 395 can work wonders in virtually any form-handling application.
Fast Speed Each of its four print speeds is among the fastest in its class. At 610 cps, the High-Speed Draft mode blasts through spreadsheet reports in no time. The 485-cps Utility and 245-cps Near-Letter-Quality modes kick out drafts and memos at a rapid clip. And the 165-cps Letter-Quality mode delivers crisp, clear correspondence and proposals in short order.
Flexible Paper Handling Use the ML395's optional bottom push tractor and the bottom feed's straight-through paper path for those hard-to-handle labels, card stock, and forms with up to five parts. Add the top feed for single sheets and envelopes, and the rear push feed for fanfold paper. A time-saving "paper park" function lets you switch forms at the push of a button. And, for trouble-free unsupervised operation, there are optional single- or dual-bin cut sheet feeders. The ML395 even saves paper: its zero-tear function advances a printed page to the perforation, and lets you tear it off cleanly and precisely. Then it positions the next page for printing automatically.
Excellent Print Quality Make a lasting, professional-looking impression with the ML395's four built-in, letter-quality resident fonts, eight resident barcode fonts – including USPS-certified PostNet – to save you money on mailings.
Serial/Parallel Connectors For quick attachment to a variety of systems, the printer also features parallel and serial interfaces, standard.
Wide Compatibility The ML395 lets you get up and running easily with all of today's popular software programs, and its Novell compatibility makes it network-ready.
