Tools could be better but very good

Pros: Very Quiet, wireless networking works well in Vista/XP
Cons: Low paper capacity. Mediocre admin tools including poor networking administration tools
Other Thoughts: I was looking for a small form factor, whisper quiet, laser printer that supported copying, scanning, and wireless networking for my home office. I've been using this printer for a couple months now and it does exactly what I want. very good print quality and yet to have a paper jam. The scanning is serviceable, we use it for pictures now and then. I've had no problems whatsoever with wireless connection dropping or connectivity issues. If I had to complain, and I definitely will, I would complain about the horrible setup utilities for networking and the mediocre scanning utilities. If you have a network using recent encryption technology, WPA2 etc, no ssid broadcast, etc., the utility is hell. That said, once you can get it to work, it seems to continue working without problem perpetually. On the scanning front, the scanner works great but the software is pretty awful. If you're trying to scan a picture into a reasonably sized jpg for email, the process is laborious.

Great Printer

Pros: Shhhhh quiet. It is the quietest laser printer i have ever used. Looks cool. Easy to set up. Print speed it ok for a home office.
Cons: A little expensive, but you get what you pay for. (IMHO) Install software could be made better.
Other Thoughts: Took a few minutes to figure out that with Mac OSX you just use Image Capture (comes with Mac) to scan. So nice to finally be able to scan over a network.
