Pros: cheap price

Cons: Every 28 days I have change a new toner and If I'm not change on time like 3 days the printer just die, no warning or override. Just die. It is very bad for business. I changed 4 Brother printers and this fax machine at once. Back to HP (American is better).

Cons: This printer has given me nothing but problems for most of the time I have owned it. The first problem was that it won't print double sided on a Mac unless you manually feed it, which is a real pain for pdfs with multiple pages. That wasn't revealed in the marketing materials when I maade my purchase. Next, it is supposed to be a wi-fi printer but it only will connect intermittently to my network. Sometimes several hours after I ask it to print it will print. Other times never, sometimes it will print after I cycle power, other times cycling power causes it to start ignoring print requests. Tech support has been no help on this. All of my other wi-fi devices work fine. And now after printing only 300 pages of basic text the toner cartridge has given up. It is advertised to last for about 1500 pages.

Pros: wireless, compact, all in one

Cons: clumsy paper try ( hard to load paper right), too small button, wifi not reliable. Software not working on all OSs.

Currently saying out of toner though I see prints are good enough.

Pros: It prints nicely when it prints properly. Looks nice. Fairly quiet.

Cons: Wireless has been problematic since day one.
Cannot use aftermarket cartridges - it will smudge the page on every print. You are forced to use the Samsung units and they are expensive for a 1500 page yield. It's been sent off for warranty work twice for not printing properly. Scanner will not duplex. Does not care much for heavier paper or envelopes. Also, you have to completely remove the paper to put envelopes in it and when you do, you have to "help" it feed the envelope through.

Other Thoughts: Hate this printer. Should have bought a Canon to replace the Canon that worked perfectly for years before it finally died. I bought two of these Samsungs. One for me and one for my biller. They have both been sent back for warranty repairs and they are both a piece of junk. And for the record, I generally do like Samsung products which is what led me to the machine int he first place. Shame on you Samsung.

Pros: Its a Samsung I guess that used to mean something.

Cons: Paper jammed every time, Never printed a thing. Replaced a cr**ap HP printer with a worse one. $72 for a toner cartridge that office max, staples doesnt stock.

Other Thoughts: I think samsung products are great just not this one.

Pros: Really easy to set up, prints fast, saves money!

Cons: NONE

Other Thoughts: I am using this printer daily. I bought it on my brother's recommendation. He and his wife bought one last year, and they have been very happy with it. They said it prints for months on a cartridge, and they both use theirs daily. He emailed me when this was on sale again for $99 & free shipping. Great deal!

Cons: Paper Jams
Paper not picking up.

Other Thoughts: After owning a Brother Laser Printer HL-2170W, Samsung was a big disappointment. In less than 3 months I have had nothing but paper jams, paper pickup issues and the printer is asking me to replace the toner. Not to mention I rarely print, may be a page or two a week.

Apparently the toner has a microchip which will not let me print any more, even though when I shake the toner feels like plenty of toner remaining in the cartridge. Also all this time I was printing on Economy mode hoping for better yield.

Pros: Fast. Easy Wifi setup. All computers on network recognizes it.

Cons: Display Screen is not lit and hard to see in low light, but not egg loss worthy for the price.

Pros: Easy Setup, 10mins to get out of the box and connected wirelessly to my Samsung Series 3 Laptop and Desktop. Already used the copy, scan and print functions and everything went smoothly.
