Pros: Great value for the features. Excellent print quality, including PostScript graphics. High fuser temperature means toner is cheap. Very well-built. Control panel very useful. Documentation available for its language emulations.
Cons: High fuser temperature crumples envelopes, and with duplexer often wrinkles 20lb paper (and input tray doesn't hold all 500 24lb sheets). I have to order toner, none in local stores.
Other Thoughts: This thing has been around for several years. CF card slot is unique. Hi-Speed USB doesn't seem any faster than parallel port. Thinks it's out of toner before it is, but it'll print if you don't mind punching Go over and over and over.
