Love it
- Pros: I have been putting off purchasing a new printer for a while. Especially another inkjet after my experience with lexmark printers. Let me tell ya, this printer really changed my perecption about inkjet printers and their capabilities. I can actually print photo and it doesn't looked pixeled. The dpi and resolution is amazing. Also, it's a great price for what it can do. All the necessary softwares are included and it comes with ink! How many refurbished printers offer ink??
Print time is eggcellent also. prints 8x12 color photo at highest quality in less than 1/2 a minute.
- Cons: pretty heavy compared to most printer in it's class/spec's/price range. The issue becomes irrelevant once you experience it's quality.
- Other Thoughts: Naturally printer USB cables are not included. I've never understood that... Whenever you purchase other electronics, they all come with necessary cables to operate the gadget, why do printers always come without it??

- Pros: Just bought MFC-465CN Recertified Brother printer, great, way above my expectations. Newegg great,fast, and great product. Works as expected and no complaints at this time. Looks,and acts like new. Prints great. recommended to my family,So I would recommend to others. Great Price and Ink Price not bad.

- Pros: I received the printer today and it’s pretty nice. Setup was quick; I have it connected to my router. The software that comes with the printer automatically sets up and configures your Network ports, if you chose to go that route. It came with the manuals, ink, drivers and utilities. It did not include the USB or Ethernet cables. It prints very quickly, compared to my old Epson Stylus Photo RX500.
- Cons: When UPS arrived I looked at the printers packaging, it was damaged. I was almost tempted to tell UPS to return it, but I really needed the printer. I opened up the box and what do you know? The paper feeder cover clips were damaged. Besides that everything was intact and works properly. I put on some tape to hold the cover in place. It’s not worth the RMA. D!@#!.&! That’s what I think of UPS. When it prints, it does make some noise when it feeds the paper, but it prints like a rocket!
- Other Thoughts: This printer is a rocket there is hardly any delay of spooling. Some printer models like cannon take forever to print because of the spooling action. But not this baby! Well I know one thing about this printer, just looking at the damaged box it came in, is that it can take a licking and keep on going. I wish I lived right next door to New Egg. I give the printer 5 eggs and UPS 5 rotten eggs.
