5 out of 5 eggsIf you have a problem call Brotherr

Pros: After I posted my review I saw other reviews say they had problems. One of the reasons you buy the real Brother product is to keep your tech support channels open. If you experience problems with a branded Brother product call 1-800-276-7746. I have been selling Brother products for many years and I have found both their products and tech support very good.

Cons: none

5 out of 5 eggsBrother DR-620

Pros: I am a VAR and even though I want my clients to save money the best way they can save money and time is to just buy the real McCoy when it comes to drums and toner. Any money you save will eventually be sunk into problems caused by the knockoff products. The reason I sell Brother products in the first place is that the cost of ownership on the medium and heavy duty Brothers is way better than other products.

Cons: It costs more in the short term than buying some no-name refurbished drum.

2 out of 5 eggsNot as good as original

Pros: Quick easy swap.

Cons: The last 2 replacement drums started printing black spots on the edge of paper after 74% usage remaining. The 2 original drums lasted much much longer.

Other Thoughts: I have purchased 2 Brother printers that use the same drums. MFC-8480DN. The toners and machine itself are great.

1 out of 5 eggspoor quality

Pros: none this time

Cons: I've never had a problem before but my printed pages look horrible. I always buy Brother brand toner & drums.
