I had to go through support to get a firmware update to fix the blown circuit breaker issue. Other Thoughts: I was finally able to get to second-tier service and the individual was most helpful. He returned my calls and e-mailed me a firmware update that fixed the power problem I was having. If you purchase this and it blows a circuit breaker, their is a firmware fix that you can get. My house is only 7-8 years old. I've tried even only having the printer plugged in on the circuit, still blows. After doing research, this is a common problem for some Brother printers.
