Support is only online, support site is a joke. Support site seems more geared to ubuntu before release 10 and 32 bit only. Brother needs to wake up Linux is here and time to put some support behind it, and hello how long has 64 bit been around? its not going anywhere make some drivers that work Other Thoughts: I contacted brother before purchase, they said supported, I should have looked closer and read some other reviews online. so unless your running 15 year old equipment I would stick to the $80.00 hp printers, setup on them is easy 5 minutes and good to go.
