Prevents use. - Just discovered this since was in box for last 40 days (ineligible for return, of course) - Headed to the dumpster. Total waste / pile of garbage. Lost time and productivity. - I've ordered a ton of stuff from Newegg and never had a #fail until this one. So My NewEgg recommendation probably dropped from a 5 egg to a 4.5 egg. Business cards sometimes print too far to the left, other times too far to the right. Out of 7 sheets only one hit close enough to be used. Error Message Unable to Initialize 8F, Paper Jam, no paper ever ran through printer, or Mechanical issue. I tried to get help through online help and phone could not get through to Brother without a very long wait on hold. My first purchase from Brother and it I'm returning it and will NEVER buy another Brother product. Already purchased a new HP product and it worked out of the box. This review is from: Brother MFC-J4620DW Business Smart All-In-One Inkjet Printer with up to 11"x17" Printing Pros: Does everything it says and does it well, and easily. Love the cloud print and NFC AND WiFi Direct. Android printing heaven. Works awesome on my HTC One M8, ASUS Nexus 7 2013, Chromebook, MSI laptop, and my custom desktop. Simply the best. No router needed to use printer, and no computer required to setup wireless, un like most printers. My Best friend swore that I'd love Brother and I do. I used to be a Canon nut, but no more. Ink is cheap too. And third party cartridges are cheaper still and work flawlessly. Massive wireless range with it's 2 antennas. Heck Bluetooth the oldest wireless standard works just as well and is also easy. Now that shocked me. Cons: None, zip, nadda. Other Thoughts: I'm sticking with Brother for my printing needs for ever if they keep making machines like this. This is an inkjet printer. Cons: None. I have a different Brother all-in-one and love it. Just want people to be aware of the mistaken labeling here.
