Pros: Prints, scans, copies, and faxes. Very good for 32 bit operating systems.
Cons: Software not compatible with 64 bit OS. Still works, but not full potential. Called HP support and they said, "sorry, but software does not work with 64 bit."
Other Thoughts: Quality small business machine with great functions, but limited for 64 bit OS

Pros: Works really well, second I bought in the family of these printer, very quick to copy and scanning. Do not use fax so no info for you. I used it to replace another brand laser AIO which was a piece of junk, this other unit is just used now as a scanner at somebody else's desk. IT IS A LASER
Cons: Big and bulky, but what do you expect for all the built in features
Other Thoughts: I bought its predecessor in 2004 and Have been real happy with it at home. I the MFC because our other brand broke down at work and I patient and the MFC went on sale for $199 and bought it then

Pros: MFC, quick, quiet
Cons: NO network or wireless. I hate mail-in rebate, but I guess... something better than nothing as they always say. I rather have lower instant rebate.
Other Thoughts: A decent MFC so far. Would recommend this to anyone.
