Pros: Great quality in prints, the way the toner cartridges are on a "drawer" is a interesting feature that makes it easy to change toners.
Cons: It takes 5 minutes to Initialize... at the first boot... be patient...

Pros: I've now had this printer for 4 months and am still impressed. I use a hp 2035 to print my black business docs, so I only use this when I want to add color or print something entirely in color. My thought is that it is cheaper this way, but I really haven't figured that out. The 2035 is faster also, but this printer is plenty fast itself. The software it comes with is a major improvement over past HP software, and this printer does its own maintenance - it cleans itself from time to time. Nice readout on the front LED telling you have much ink is left in each cartridge. Very nice pull out "shelf" where the toners reside.
Cons: Sometimes groans when taking paper from the feeder tray. Lots of plastic parts, but what else is new these days. Nothing has broken yet.
Other Thoughts: I still have the original toner cartridges in place, but as I said, this isn't my primary business printer. If it was, I would have gone through a lot of black toner already. This printer is really worth a try - it is head and shoulders above any other color printer I have used or seen in this price range. Oh, and I still really like New Egg.

Pros: HP got it right with this one. I have struggled to find a top quality color printer without spending thousands. This printer not only prints charts, spreadsheeets and graphs beautifully (that's what I bought it for), but quite shockingly does great with photos. A laser that prints photos well? Check it out before you buy if you are a photo freak (I'm not) but the photo prints got some rave reviews so far. Print speed is very good for color and it is pretty quiet.
Cons: I don't have any yet. Everyone complains that toner is expensive, so I won't, but watch the sales and promotions - New Egg just had a 20% off deal, so its not so bad.
Other Thoughts: This really does print quality brochures and so on. The image definition is very impressive down to the smallest detail. The 4 toners sit in a slide out tray that feels like it is on ball bearing rollers. I'm enthusiastic, but by all means, check it out yourself before you buy, but do consider this one.
