Fax may not work with PBX
- Pros: Great features and has wireless. Purchased for business use.
- Cons: Extremely long setup time. This, however, seems to be the norm with HP printers. Fax does not work with some PBX systems.
- Other Thoughts: IMPORTANT NOTE: This printer will not work with Mitel PBX analog phone lines. The printer reports that a phone on the line is off-hook and will not receive or send faxes. We went through 4 units and HP customer service was great, but did not resolve the issue. We are now using this printer without the fax function and have purchased an Epson which, by the way, works fine.
