HP LaserJet Enterprise P3015X Workgroup Up to 42 ppm Monochrome Laser Printer

Pros: Looks Nice. Quiet. Prints Fast, when it works.

Cons: False Paper Jams All Day Long. Replaced a older worn out HP laser with this that we had for years. I'm very disappointed with this printer. I need a printer that just works in my office, and i don't have time for this piece of junk. Don't know what I'm going to do.

Pros: I have this printer in my office hooked up via USB instead of on the network. The printer is fast but noisy. It prints checks quickly from the manual trey.

Cons: I think the printer has a defect as it can only print 4-5 envelopes per minute which is unacceptable for a business printer. I was just on the phone with HP tect support for over an hour and was told "this is normal"! The trey is at an almost 90 degree angle to the feed rollers which seem too tight for the envelope. When they do print, there is some ink residue on some of them. I guess this printer would also have trouble with card stock and heavy labels. If you do much of this kind of printing, I would avoid this printer.....I wish I could return it for a different one.

Other Thoughts: HP support leaves a lot to be desired. I had found 2 instances of this problem on-line from other users with no solution offered and no mention of this on HP's online tech site (I guess because they consider this speed 'normal'), so I called. Ended up speaking to an overseas tech and you all know the drill from there....
