Support sucks
- Pros: None.
- Cons: Machine fails after a week of used. Tech support is not very helpful and if you expect to have a replacement with this machine for having it a week. Will goodluck on that. Xerox will not replace the machine instead they will do a trial and error to find out the problem.
- Other Thoughts: Better keep the box for a month so you can exchange to NewEgg instead of dealing with Xerox or better yet not to buy this product at all.
