Pros: Solid Ink

Cons: Constantly malfunctions. We had great luck with a Phaser 8560 and thought we'd try the MFP model and have had nothing but problems. Very unreliable.

Pros: High quality print like Multi-Thousand Dollar devices
Very fast print and scan
Didn't test myself, but solid ink technology should be very cost effective
User friendly interface and panel

Cons: Long time warm up
