Cons: -Jams on occasion Other Thoughts: One of the most user friendly office laser printers I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Setting up the printer and connecting to our server was very easy. Xerox provided excellent documentation and drivers that worked right out of the box. (Worked flawlessly on both XP and Vista) So far we've had no connection or printing issues. Unfortunately it's not perfect. The Phaser tends to jam when using cheaper copy paper. It's also very loud compared to our Brother laser printer, and imo takes too long to wake up from sleep mode. These aren't a deal breaker but the jamming does hurt the rating. Overall I'd highly recommend this printer to any small business looking to upgrade.
