Pros: Easy setup, good print quality, network scans are simple and work well. All of our users can scan items across the network to their workstations with little to no tech knowledge. Computers in the network can be given friendly names so that users are easy to find on the front display. We have 4 of these side by side in a production environment and they're holding up quite well with medium/heavy use by the employees for faxing, scanning, and printing (commercial construction office).
Xerox support desk is top notch -- the people you speak to are here in the US, and are actually quite knowledgeable. We needed a question answered regarding in-rush current, and I received the necessary details from the engineering department within a few hours and the original help desk tech followed up just to make sure that was the info I needed.
Support after the sale should always be an important consideration for anyone purchasing a product.
Cons: AFAIK can't default the machines to choose "Network Scan" as the default scan option, so users have to choose "scan", then use the arrows to get to "scan to network" every time.
The fax from computer option is a royal pain if you try to use the address book feature. Address book takes forever to look up, and is not very user friendly.
Other Thoughts: The Automatic Document Feeder broke on one of our 6-month old machines. Easy to create a service ticket with Xerox, hopefully on-site service is as good as phone support. From the looks of the ticket generation system they use, they seem to take my up-time seriously and I expect they'll service the product promptly.

Pros: Easy to use, works right out of the box, nice multi-function for the cost. Bought 5.... so far so go.
Cons: Doesn't automatically recognize the difference between Letter and Legal documents when copying all at once. Not a big deal but would be nice to have and save time.
