Pros: Fast, great color and black printing, great scanner and automatic document feeder. The 384MB of ram really comes in handy when you spool huge complex print jobs.
The ADF has a really easy system to unjam it when you use messed up paper, it has a bar which completely unhooks when it jams, giving you complete access to the paper.
I like how the toner is only toner cartridges and they are on the right in a little door. I cannot give a accurate estimation of life until I finish these starter ones off. But, I can tell you I have been printing A LOT and it hasn't even made the bars dip.
I use the Scan to Email and to Computer all the time, and it does a good job of combining files into PDFs. The scan to computer is great because it just takes it from the scanner and drops the output into a folder on your computer of your choosing.
The web interface is easy, and lets you configure all of the options, such as the network settings and address book.
Cons: Only one con so far: No direct scanning from the network. You can only scan direct to the printer from the USB connection. BTW Xerox if you are listening, add direct TWAIN network scanning like everyone else!
Other Thoughts: It's not a small or light printer. But it isn't too big for home use. I have it on the little Ikea table they sell for like $14 and it fits it great.
