3 out of 5 eggsCant update to the latest firmware

Pros: Fast printing and colors are vibrant. Setting up was easy.

Cons: When it came to installing this printer over the wireless network, it was a pain to set up. I couldn't get it to set up wirelessly. Another down side was that I couldn't get this product to update to the latest firmware. I tried everything to get it to download the latest firmware.

Other Thoughts: Buyer's beware. This printer takes up a lot of space though not as bad as some HP printers. If you are in the market for cheap and don't care about connecting this printer through a wireless network then choose this one otherwise, don't go cheap and always do your research first.

1 out of 5 eggsThis machine is a piece of $@!%

Pros: Could possibly be the first printer to think for itself, it certainly chose when to print on it's own.

Cons: Printer Cartridge Monopoly system design, Consistent Errors within firmware and software, and the worst wireless interlinking I've ever seen on a device.

Other Thoughts: This printer was made for bargain buyers at convenient stores and it doesn't even do a decent job of being useless; I couldn't use it as a doorstop, a paperweight, and I probably couldn't even injure a bugler with it if had to. This was made to be recycled, buyer beware.

5 out of 5 eggsworkhorse

Pros: Got this about a year ago when our old hp crapped out. I have abused this thing regularly. So far everything has worked swimmingly. For an inexpensive printer, couldn't ask for more. Even better, you don't go broke every time you need a new ink cartridge.

Cons: none

1 out of 5 eggsTerrible

Pros: The thing has a scanner..

Cons: Ok well it worked fine for the first couple months. Somewhat good color quality. I wouldnt buy Canon again in forever until they stop building them in china because that is exactly where I believe this thing was made. After about 4 1/2 months the thing stopped picking up paper. I could put in an entire ream worth and it would tell me to put paper in. I want to keep it for a scanner but I can get an all in one Xerox laser color scanner and printer to utilize it. Get it for your kids and put it on top of them when they are bad so they cant get up.

Other Thoughts: The thing worked fine. Printed out quick pages right off the bat than after a while this thing degraded into nill. STAY AWAY.. Buy HP or Xerox instead..

4 out of 5 eggsI like it

Pros: I like this. For an inexpensive all in one, it does the job. I use it more for scanning. You can also scan to a USB drive. If the jpg/pdf formats aren't wanted, just connect wirelessly thru Win 7 64bit and scan that way.

Cons: inkjet

Other Thoughts: It prints pretty fast, too.
