Pros: Low price. That is all.

Cons: Poor quality, toner colors don't match, leaks toner inside printer, leaves colored streaks all over prints, squeaks like crazy.

Other Thoughts: I thought I'd save some money when I bought these toner cartridges, they were half the price of genuine toners. Within a few weeks of installing they started squeaking really loud. We made jokes that a mouse or bird was caught in the printer every time someone printed, but I tolerated it. After several months small drops of toner started falling out on to the paper in the upper tray. This is recycled paper the I print on the other side of and it usually ends up in the trash or shredder, so I tolerated this as well. Now for the last 6 months it's been leaving colored streaks down anything printed in color. It started out small, but has progressed to large splotches all the way down the paper. It has now become intolerable and I just replaced all 3 color toners with 30-40% left in them, with genuine Konica toner, and viola, no more streaks or squeaks. In the end, I really only saved like 10% over the genuine toner, and made that up with the added aggrivation.

I am considering requesting an RMA from Newegg, however the surprisingly brief return period of 30 days makes me doubt they will do anything about them. But regardless of warranty, what good is a toner cartridge that will not last the life of the toner inside?

Surprisingly, the black Rosewill toner has been fine, so far. *knocks on desk*

Cons: Not functional

Other Thoughts: Don't do it. 3 of 4 cartridges I purchased were complete duds. Waste of money. No guarantees either. I'd rather play penny slots on an Indian reservation - odds of success are better there.

Pros: Among the least expensive refilled toner cartridges

Cons: Much higher than average incidence of leaking toner

Other Thoughts: This is a follow-up to my original review last year. Since then, the magenta cartridge has continued to leak profusely, despite the package insert assuring customers that this is "normal". I've had 3 service calls for the printer, all of which turned out to be due to magenta toner coating various sensors, rollers, etc. The inside of my printer is literally all magenta with toner sprayed over every single surface. Fortunately, this leakage doesn't seem to affect B&W prints, but my color printing all has magenta smears. Toner is difficult to clean because you can't get into all the crevices with a cloth, compressed air blows it all over the room, and a simple hand vac does too. I finally had to spent additional money to buy an attachment for my upright vacuum so I could suck out most of the excess toner. But, since it still leaks, the problem returns within a couple of days.

Pros: None.

Cons: Neither of the two Rosewill toner cartridges I bought worked.

Other Thoughts: I am very dissapointed.

Pros: Very reasonable cost compared to new & even competitor refills

Cons: Questionable quality due to inconsistent sealing of the cartridge prior to shipping.

Cannot see the problem until you open the black shipping bag, which means you cannot return them for a refund.

Colors are similar to OEM but not quite as good

Other Thoughts: Bought my first set of Rosewill toner cartridges for a new Magicolor MF color laser. Only one of the four colors was packed correctly with plastic OEM protector covering the roller. One had a protector from another model, and two had some goofy piece of cardboard attached with three small slips of tape. The inside of the black plastic shipping bags and the outside of these three cartridges were completely covered with toner that had leaked out during shipping.

The printed insert within the box states that this is 'normal' but I've ordered dozens of refilled toner cartridges from other suppliers for my B&W lasers and never experienced this problem. It took over an hour using compressed air in my driveway to halfway clean up the outside of the cartridges so they won't gum up my new printer. If you attempt this indoors, you'll have toner all over your hands, clothes, and carpet.

Cons: After purchasing 2ea. Magenta Rosewell replacement cartridges for the Konica Minolta 1690MF BOTH are defective!! The other Replacement cartridges seemed to be OK but there must be a defect in all of the magenta cartridges!! I will have to order the actual cartridge from someone else.
