When I first installed, the left side was almost blank, with no toner being released from that side of the cartridge. After doing that, the toner looks OK. The print is not faint, however, it is not super brilliant, black either. It's just...there. Other Thoughts: For my home purposes, it is a good choice. Did you find this review helpful? Opened one up last week and found that it was a Brother cartridge even though the box had the sticker for CE505A. Checked the other box and found the same thing; wrong cartridge inside. Anyone who has ordered this recently should check to make sure they got the right cartridge. Sent an email to customer support about returning, still waiting on a response back. Those are funny. The reverse has Chinese print on it. I can guess what the Chinese says... other side not true. Cons: Bought two of these lured in by Rosewill's customer appreciation $20.00 New Egg card per toner. These "toners" just print blobs of black ink. That's it. Almost no text can be seen. Both of them. Absolute garbage and into the trash. Other Thoughts: Don't even think of buying this toner product. There is no recourse - you can't return them or get them replaced. The box has a guaranty on it, but it doesn't even say who made these. Rosewill just slapped a sticker on them with their name. If Rosewill appreciated their customers, they wouldn't be selling this stuff... nor would New Egg for that matter. 2 out of 2 people found this review helpful. Did you? If this is all you are printing on you will be happy with this reman cartridge. This is the reason for 2 stars. See cons for why I would have given this 1 star. Cons: The HP 2055 already has a problem with printing on envelopes, the toner likes to wear off. But with this cartridge the problem is enhanced greatly to where the toner almost wears off completely and you can not read the address. 1 out of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you?
