1 out of 5 eggsVery Bad All-In-One

Pros: Looks pretty, was super happy when I got it e-mailing scans via Google Apps, and network folder.

Cons: My accountants are going to burn down the office building along with anything within close proximity. I'll admit, I was very impressed with this product when they asked me to come in and set it up. NOPE.

Sebastian in the previous review breaks it down: Unstable drivers, loses connection (in our case, via wifi; printer is connected to wifi router with direct-connect disabled). Printer will lock up on scan jobs, I was unable to find the firmware update information.

Other Thoughts: The accountants are up in arms and on the phone with HP. I am thinking we're going to exchange this lemon.

2 out of 5 eggsPremature Product, look elsewhere

Pros: Good looking all in one, decent printing

Cons: Unstable drivers, loses connection to computer via USB, unable to scan to network folder. Printer locks up for 2 minutes when you cancel a Scan Job in the middle of the Job and loses connection until you reboot both printer and computer. Updated to the latest 2/12 firmware, no change

Other Thoughts: I am a hardware engineer with long experience, I am also a huge HP fan and a previous owner of the all in one 2740 and the 9140, both superior to this product. Returning the product today. Had enough.
