Pros: Nice compact size. Good touch screen interface.

Cons: Copy and scanner died before the first ink cartridge did.

Other Thoughts: If you have to up grade your all in one look else where this will not last. I had hoped more from HP.

Pros: Prints about 75% better than my old printer and it's wireless too! Def a good everyday printer!

Cons: I am not that great hooking up tech stuff and it took me awhile because I had just downloaded windows 10, them I realized after going thru many specs that all I had to do is hit the icon that it had made on the desktop. Now it's great!

Pros: Paper usually comes out when you ask it to print.

Cons: Unless you print to this device every day it will dry up and clog. I went through 3 genuine HP cartridges in a month before I gave up. When this device did print, it would produce test page markings throughout my normal print jobs.

Other Thoughts: Junk. Get an old deskjet.

Pros: I was skeptical about a wireless printer; but it worked as designed the first time. I had it the third day without a shipping charge. The discounted price was amazing. I connected it to all my devices in minutes.

Cons: It takes at least a minute to prepare a document for printing. When it does print it makes a lot of noise. The MSRP is way too expensive.

Other Thoughts: I bought the ENVY simply because my new, too expensive computer was an ENVY.. The packaging scared me at first it refered to the contents as a "Tablet" printer. But I''m so tech ignorant I did not have the sense to know that did not make it exclusive of a laptop or PC. With few small exceptions, I could not be more pleased. Had it not been so economical to purchase, I might have looked at something else.

Cons: the printer arived with a tab of the box ajar. when called newegg they where helppfull and sugested to call hp to recive replacement parts vs RMA.
upon calling HP who I have used intill today and was satisfied intill today. the lady would not say anything except that I didnt buy it directly from HP and that if there are parts missing it is the retailors fault for not providing them in the first place. that I need to speak with the company I bought it form and have them replace the parts.

Other Thoughts: that my item has been hell trying to recive the ittems missing with in the box. NewEgg has been helpfull tried to save me time by having HP do what they are required to do. HP just lost a customer who nto only buys for personal but also for multiple business along with other personal customers based upon their lack of responsibility to a product they sent to a customer because that product was not bought through their store. this is poor public relations. Last HP product I buy.....

Pros: does everything quite well for the price. Has all the options I need and then some.
