Very cool sound card!!
Pros: Takes away any internal noises from my laptop's internal sound card. Love it cause it's small and light and yet comes with a great equalizer and sound effects software. I'm very happy with this device, would recommend to anyone!
Cons: None yet.
Other Thoughts: Be sure to right-click your volume icon and select this device as your default playback device! I was puzzled as to why this wouldn't work until I figured it out, duh...

Simply the best USB sound card in its class
Pros: Superb sound quality across the range
Cons: None really, for the ultra small size this thing is simply amazing.
Other Thoughts: I bought this from another place since newegg didnt have this in stock at the time. I paid 20 USD more to get it but even then its great investment. So newegg's price is a steal.

Great for high-end headphones
Pros: The onboard headphone amp does a great job pushing higher-impedance, high-quality headphones. That's the main selling point - high-impedance headphones that don't have their own amps built in, like my Sennheiser HD555s, will suffer poor response at high and low frequencies when plugged into almost all computer sound cards.
Cons: Limited to 5.1 output, so not the most useful thing to plug your laptop into a 7.1 system if that's important to you.
Other Thoughts: You can get separate headphone amps, as well, and get a lot of the sound quality enhancement that way. But they cost about the same amount of money, and Windows doesn't remember volume and equalizer settings when you switch between a headphone amp and speakers.
