Pros: This card has the best of all worlds. It has the XFI chip which I needed for gaming and it has the HDMI Which gets the the best connection to my reciver and my 52inch LCD. I use the BlueRay drive in my PC and passthrough the surround sound to my reciver for the BlueRay movies,it comes with all the software you need, a great value. Love the card
Cons: At first I thought the price was too high but after using it for the last two weeks I think it is well worth it. This ia an all in one sound card wonder!

Pros: Incredible audio playback, professional inputs for professional mics and headphones. For me it's great for music, movies, and gaming... amazing audio. Really useful if you use your PC as a video / audio workstation, listen to music, play games, watch movies like I do. It's all-in-one.
Cons: It's taken some effort to get here. Denon's idea of HDMI forced Auzentech to implement a firmware update. Okay, now the static is gone.
Other Thoughts: After Firmware update, works great with the older Denon receiver. Now just waiting for the my Cyberlink to update for the HTHD (the OEM version that came with my Bluray player not at first supported -- but coming by end of Oct they say). New buyers benefit don't have to go through the bumps that early adopters like me experienced. < Envy />
