COKID 8/3/2012 10:35:40 PM Tech Level: 5/5 Ownership: 1/5 Verified Owner	Rating: 1/5Poor Quality Refurbishment Pros: The battery arrived somewhat charged so at least I got to take a few pictures before the battery gave out. The pictures that I took came out looking good on the lcd screen but I couldn't transfer them to my computer. Cons: Whoever does the "certified refurbishment" needs to be retrained. The charging port arrived DOA and would not charge, much less be recognized by windows through the USB cable. This is a defect that should have been caught during the "refurbishment" process. I noticed right away that the cable was loose and did not sit properly when I first plugged it in. I really regret buying this camera now and I question the build quality/refurbishment quality. Other Thoughts: Think twice before getting this camera because there is only an exchange of defective unit/s and no refund of purchase price is offered. If the camera arrive defective, I can only image what will happen after the 90 day warranty expires. In conclusion...3 days to ship to me, 3-4 days to return, 3-4 days to process RMA, 3 more days to ship a replacement = Me being a not so happy camper. I'm going to miss out on capturing the special occasion I got this camera for!
