- Pros: Great camera! Very pleased with service and shipping.
- Cons: If you guys are gonna offer freebees such as a camera case you should at least make sure the camera will fit in the case.
Great DSLR for beginners
- Pros: I moved from my p&s to this camera and it was amazing. The image quality is great for beginners, but the kit lens wont do for someone looking to become professional. The controls are very easy to use and get used to. Live view works well for looking at your scene and getting the exposure and aperture set up so you don't take 10 shots of the same thing before you get it right.
- Cons: Kit lens is okay, but at full zoom (55mm) there seems to be a little trouble with focusing. It's always blurry. The lens also does not have a distance meter, making it hard to focus properly sometimes.
- Other Thoughts: The camera is great. If it is your first DSLR it can be a little confussing using it in manual mode, but auto works fine. Professionals can also use the XSi for their work. Can't beat the options you get for the price.
Awesome Camera
- Pros: This camera awesome, gives you more control and more creativity. Exelent picture quality. I have purchased several cameras from New Egg but this one is the best. I take most pictures in automatic or program mode.
- Cons: Hard to find Remote control for this camera. The KIT DOLICA Bag absolutely not for Canon XSi / XTi, it's so small for this camera, I can't even close Zip.
- Other Thoughts: You will need additional lens, New Egg doesn't have. And I bought from JR, Canon EF-S, 55-250mm f/4-5.6 IS with Image Stabilizer Telephoto Zoom Lens
